The process

  • Not sure if this is right for you?

We offer a 15-minute consultation visit for those who are unsure if the chiropractic treatment is the right option for your concern. If you have questions or concerns and would like to meet a chiropractor before booking your initial visit, please book a consultation. This visit does NOT include any assessment or chiropractic treatment. The consultation visit is optional.

  • Contact Us

Please call the office to book your initial chiropractic assessment, then we will briefly ask for your information and concerns in preparation for your initial assessment. We will also send you the new patient intake form to complete before your visit. Our chiropractors will review the information gathered before the appointment.

  • Initial Assessment

The chiropractor will review your health history and current concerns, perform thorough spinal examinations, and take specific spinal X-rays if needed. X-rays are taken in the office.

Treatments are not provided during an initial assessment.

  • Report of Finding & First Treatment - Personalize Care

On the report of the finding visit, we will review the results of your assessment and x-rays. A report of findings will be given to you detailing your treatment plan, including the appropriate frequency of care needed for your case and explaining how chiropractic can help you. This visit will last approximately 30 minutes, followed by your first treatment.

  • Subsequent Office Visit

Our typical office visit starts with a brief intake of your improvements or concerns. Then, we will decide that day’s course of treatment and future care. We use objective and measurable outcomes to track your progress. Depending on your condition, the time of the subsequent visit varies.

Appointment Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us immediately. We require a 2-business days notice for the initial chiropractic appointment, excluding weekends and holidays. We require 24-hours notice for all other appointments. A missed appointment fee (50% of the regular fee) will be applied for no-shows or late cancellations.
