ICBC Direct Billing
Yes, we can bill ICBC directly for eligible treatments within your approved coverage period.
When you book, please have this information ready:
- Your ICBC claim number
- The date of your accident
- Your Personal Health Number (PHN)
- Your ICBC recovery specialist’s name and contact details, if you have them
If you have received treatment at another clinic, please inform us. We will help determine your remaining eligible visits.
How Much Does ICBC Cover?
ICBC covers eligible treatments up to its approved fee limits, which may change periodically. Your coverage depends on the treatment type, remaining visits, and claim status.
If our fee exceeds ICBC’s coverage or a service is not covered, you are responsible for the difference. We will inform you before your treatment begins. For the latest information, visit ICBC’s Enhanced Care page or consult your ICBC recovery specialist.
Number of treatments covered
ICBC Enhanced Care provides eligible patients with pre-approved treatments for the first 12 weeks following an accident.

A doctor’s referral or prior ICBC approval is not required to begin treatment. You only need your ICBC claim number and PHN. The 12-week period begins on the date of your accident, not your first appointment. Booking early maximizes your available coverage.
If more than 12 weeks have passed since your accident, please notify us before booking so we can confirm your available options and we can coordinate with your ICBC recovery specialist to request further treatment.
