Information for New Chiropractic Patients

How can we help?

Our goal is to help patients achieve optimal health through upper cervical chiropractic care. If you are experiencing pain and discomfort affecting your way of life, contact us to book an initial assessment. A doctor’s referral is not required. We also offer 15-minute consultations (assessments are not performed during consultations).

The process

  • Contact Us

    Contact us to book an initial chiropractic assessment. You will need to fill out the new patient form prior to your visit so our chiropractors can review the information before the appointment.

  • Initial Assessment

    Our chiropractor will review your health history and go over your concerns, perform spinal examinations, and take X-rays if needed. X-rays are taken in the office. This assessment helps us identify the treatments needed to relieve your pain or discomfort.

  • Report of Finding & First Treatment - Personalize Care

    On the report of the finding visit, we will review the results of your assessment and x-rays. You will also be given an appropriate treatment plan and explained how chiropractic can help you. This visit will last approximately 30 minutes and will be followed by your first treatment.

  • Subsequent Office Visit

    Subsequent visits will depend on your progress. Frequency of visits may vary depending on your condition.

Appointment Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us immediately. We require a 2-business days notice for the initial chiropractic appointment, excluding weekends and holidays. We require 24-hours notice for all other appointments. A missed appointment fee (50% of the regular fee) will be applied for no-shows or late cancellations.
